MP3rat works with Windows 95/98/ME and NT/2000/XP.  You may try MP3rat for 30 days before having to decide if it is right for you. Run the install program you downloaded in step 1 to install MP3rat on your computer. Upgrading Download MP3rat from the above link and install it into the same directory as your current version. Your song data file and license information will be retained.
