Technical Support Chapter 12

Kaylon Technologies provides free technical support to all registered users. While we will take whatever time is necessary to answer your questions, we do ask you to do a few things before contacting us:

• Please review this user guide for basic Powermarks functionality.
• Attempt to duplicate your problem, this will make it much easier for us to help.

When contacting us, please note the following:

• Powermarks version (as shown in the About dialog)
• Operating System (Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 or XP)
• Browser type and version (IE, Netscape, Opera, NetCaptor, Mozilla)

Internet e-mail is the preferred method for technical support for the following reasons:

• Makes it easy for international customers to reach us.
• Allows us to reply to questions with detailed instructions
• Inexpensive for both parties

Please direct technical support messages to support@kaylon.com. Non-technical inquiries may be sent to service@kaylon.com. We are continually striving to improve Powermarks and would appreciate your comments. Please let us know about your experience with Powermarks, what you like and what you do not like, along with features you would like to see in future versions. Likewise, if you have any comments about this manual or the online help we would appreciate hearing them. If anything was confusing, inaccurate or omitted please let us know.
